P1 English + Math Preparatory
Our preparatory programme aims to develop in our young learners the fundamental skills in literacy, communication and comprehension. They are introduced to reading, writing, speaking and thinking in a fun, learning environment, under the guidance of our experienced tutors. We employ a multitude of activities and materials to cultivate those fundamental skills and ensure that your child will be ready for Primary School!
P1 Chinese Preparatory
It is important for young learners to have a strong foundational knowledge of the Chinese language to be prepared for their Primary Education. Through utilising the Odonata learning series and our engaging teaching processes, our young learners can achieve competency in the four key components of Chinese language learning (Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing). In this programme, students will learn 800 new Chinese characters.
Phonics
Reading and speaking are fundamental skills for young learners and our systematic phonics programme aims to teach students to sound letters and words before reading phrases, sentences and paragraphs. Our programme is based on Jolly Phonics , a world-renowned comprehensive programme, which uses a proven, fun and multi-sensory synthetic phonics method to get children reading and writing from an early age.
